 줄기세포는 인체에 필요한 다른 조직세포로 변화하는 능력이 있습니다(분화능)
 성체줄기세포는 배아줄기세포나 유도만능줄기세포에 비해 제한된 분화능을 가지고 있지만 그만큼 안전하다는 장점이 있습니다
